• The foundational elements of a PM/QI culture and process for assessing a health department’s culture;
• The development of PM council or committee to support the PM system;
• The implementation and monitoring of a PM system;
• The use of a PM Excel spreadsheet to begin the development of goals, objectives, and supporting measures.
