Registration for the Annual Meeting is available May 1 – Aug. 30. On-site registration fees will incur an additional $100 fee.

Important Information on How to Register
Everyone must register and pay online. For those who currently have a my.ASTHO account, you will use your existing email address and password to log in. If you don’t remember your login and password, please DO NOT create an additional user profile, the system will allow you to look up or reset your password and you will receive an email with a reset function within seconds. If you do not have a login on file you will be able to create a username and password from the registration page.
Cancellations and Substitutions
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email@example.com by close of business Aug. 30, 2019. After this time no refunds will be issued. Substitutions may be requested at any time but must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Standard Registration Includes:
- Access to all plenary and breakout sessions
- Program materials and session handouts
- Welcome reception Monday; and breakfast, lunch, and break service on Tuesday and Wednesday
