Cancellations and Substitutions

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to by close of business Aug. 30, 2019. After this time no refunds will be issued. Substitutions may be requested at any time but must be submitted in writing to

Standard Registration Includes:

  • Access to all plenary and breakout sessions
  • Program materials and session handouts
  • Welcome reception Monday; and breakfast, lunch, and break service on Tuesday and Wednesday
