Join ASTHO’s Contraception Access Learning Community for a webinar designed to support family planning professionals in team development and delegation strategies. Leaders working in reproductive and public health can increase their impact when they engage with other leaders, support their team members, and foster accountability and critical thinking. This training will explore how leaders can enhance their impact by developing staff capacity and engaging in effective delegation practices.
