Ignite, Accelerate, and Activate: Series 1, Session 1- Leadership Behavior and Decision-Making

Sign up now for the first installment of a three-part workshop on Essentials of Leadership and Management (ELM). For this series, Leadership Behavior and Decision-making, participants will learn to solve problems using a leadership lens, further understand their own values in relation to others’ behaviors, and identify how to make decisions to best reach personal and organizational goals.

Participants will earn a digital badge after completion of all three sessions. An ELM badge can be earned with attendance at all workshop sessions over the course of the year.

Session 1: A Leader’s Lens (April 2)
Leadership styles and behaviors affect how leaders interact, lead and make decisions. In this session, participants will be able to identify and articulate their dominant ‘True Color’ personality type and understand how it influences their leadership style and decision-making.
Participants will:

• Learn dominant preferences and be able to identify strengths.
• Gain insights into leadership styles and areas for development.
• Explore strategies to improve communication and foster productive team environments.
