Ignite, Accelerate, and Activate: Series 3, Session 3: Applying Emotional Intelligence Strategies

This series, “Activate: Your Leadership EQ and Professionalism Skills,” will equip leaders with the skills necessary to become a more self-aware and empathetic leader, and emphasize the impact emotional intelligence has on organizational success.

In session three of our series on emotional intelligence, “Applying Emotional Intelligence Strategies for Leadership Impact,” you will apply what you have learned in the previous sessions by participating in engaging and purposeful exercises focusing on emotional interactions between a leader and their team.

Participants will:

• Examine the importance of being an emotionally secure leader.
• Identify valuable techniques to become a more empathetic leader.
• Learn how to remedy a complex situation between a leader and their direct report.
• Apply key concepts and principles learned in previous sessions by working through complex scenario-based activities.
