Transformative Change & Sustainability Convening

The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO) invites state health agency teams to attend the Feb. 27 and Feb. 28, 2024, State Transformative Change & Sustainability Convening in Albuquerque, NM. The convening will lead state health agency personnel through a strategic planning workshop process and a strategic planning train-the-trainer session.

The convening will highlight the following objectives:

• Apply the strategic planning process to existing project workplans
• Explain and facilitate the strategic planning process for additional project efforts

During the convening, states will have time to answer questions, facilitate peer- to-peer dialogue to share lessons learned or strategies and disseminate examples of templates or other resources. The convening will close with ASTHO providing the strategic planning train-the-trainer session and facilitating discussion with state health agency teams about the process and additional technical assistance needs.
