Join the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, and Johns Hopkins University for an informational session on the new U.S. Disease Tracker (USDT), a centralized public website designed to provide timely, standardized, aggregated case data from jurisdictions nationwide.
The USDT is intended to serve a broad audience — including state and local health departments, policymakers, researchers, healthcare partners, media, and members of the public — by bringing together data that are often siloed, inconsistently formatted, or difficult to access across jurisdictions. By centralizing and standardizing these disparate public data sources in one accessible platform, the tracker enhances regional and national situational awareness, strengthens disease forecasting, supports more informed decision-making, and promotes transparency in infectious disease trends.
Register now to learn more about this critical project, understand its national importance, and explore how your jurisdiction can participate. The webinar will provide an overview of the initiative, formally invite engagement from states and territories, and outline clear next steps for participation.
