The Boost Community, an initiative of the Sabin Vaccine Institute, is excited to partner with Adaptive Change Advisors (ACA) and World Health Organization to offer a globally recognized leadership development course for immunization and other health professionals. This self-paced course strengthens participants’ capacity to lead consequential, “adaptive” change in challenging and uncertain contexts, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The learning package consists of four modules, which introduce Adaptive LeadershipTM – a framework and set of strategies and techniques developed at Harvard University over the past 35 years.
