ASTHO developed this toolkit to support state, territorial, and freely associated state health agency staff who have completed the SPACECAT and/or are interested in further actions to enhance their agency’s capacity to address and prevent ACEs, suicide, and overdose. The toolkit includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced action ideas and additional resources for each capacity element. It also includes health equity questions to consider for each specific capacity element to help you apply a Health Equity Lens to this work.
